Explaining our
cultural principles
We have a generational mission: to build a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access. We envision an America where everyone who needs mental health care gets it. Our mission is ambitious, but not impossible. To realize it, we must perform and grow to the highest levels.
To fulfill our generational mission, we need a generational team: world-class talent, operating in unison at a world-class level. That’s our culture — the balance of every single action we take as a collective. Our cultural principles are the guiding light to get us there.
So far we’ve reached 1 million patients, but this is only the beginning. We must work as a team in order to achieve the massive growth and impact we know we’re capable of.
Here’s what our future looks like when we succeed:

Our Olympic performance standard underlies it all
Headway is a team, not a family. After all, you don’t choose your family. What you do choose is your team, and that team chooses you.
