- List every insurance plan you accept, including all Headway-supported plans you’re credentialed with to maximize reach.
- Add a welcoming bio and professional photo to both Psychology Today and Headway.
- Set up booking links so patients can request appointments without delay.
Once you’ve completed these steps, be sure to turn on notifications for patient inquiries. Responding quickly not only makes a strong first impression but also helps ensure patients receive the care they need. Week 4: Go live and see your first patients.
